STEP 1: go to site search at FRASER and St. Louis Federal Reserve Archives.

There you type in under, "what do you want to search",  "Federal Reserve Act of 1934"

There you will find at top a link to History of the act, "CLICK" and you will find the origins of the scam you are paying for now.  It has become the "ESF" Economic Stabilization Fund".

If you have the intellect, go to page "MEMORANDUM" at about page 16.  There you find the de-valuation of the dollar Timothy Geithner plans as last ditch effort to prop up this failed Empire.  It says 40% RIGHT? 

What Ron Paul will achieve by auditing the Fed. is to expose the ESF, which was created officially by that ACT.

These are the WHO whom are causing the earth's demise in poverty and war. A layer of scum-bags you never knew existed.  It points up a more important maxim:
